Is the Redmine online demo free?

Yes. You can try the demo free of charge, the only limitation is that the DB resets every full hour so any data entered will not be retained.

Is this a standard Redmine demo?

Yes and no. The demo runs on vanilla Redmine, enhaned by a curated plugin stack of plugins by RedmineX, RedmineUP and community plugins. The biggest difference between an out-of-the-box Redmine is the UX Upgrade plugin which adds a sleek theme and 20+ UX improvements.

Can I test RedmineX on my own server?

You can download Redmine at redmine.org and we can provide you with an unlicensed evaluation version of RedmineX plugins.

Can I test Redmine with my own workflow and requirements?

The public demo uses a predefined configuration. If your organization is actively evaluating RedmineX and needs to validate specific workflows, integrations or requirements, contact us about a dedicated demo or a specific workflow.

What happens after I try the demo?

This is up to you. You can buy a single plugin, a discounted bundle, you can order a remotely maintained server & Redmine environment, RedmineX Cloud or continue evaluating plugins that better fit your workflow.
